Your rights under New Zealand law
We recognise that under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), consumers purchasing goods or services for personal, household or domestic use are entitled to certain guarantees — including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Change of mind
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind, selected the wrong product, or decided not to proceed with a service.
For example, if you buy a set of wheels and later decide you don’t want them — that is not a fault or guarantee breach, so a refund or return is not automatically available under our policy. -
When you are eligible for a remedy
You are eligible for a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) if:-

How we handle remedies

For minor faults: we will generally offer a repair or replacement.

For major faults (i.e., defects so serious that a reasonable consumer wouldn’t have bought the product had they known), you may request a refund or replacement. Consumer NZ+1

We will process refunds using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe.

Exceptions & limitations

This policy does not waive or limit your rights under the CGA. Any attempt to contract out of those rights is illegal. Consumer NZ

We are not obliged to accept returns or issue refunds if the only reason is a change of mind, incorrect fitment (unless a fitment guarantee was given), misuse, damage after delivery, or alteration by the customer.

For services already performed and accepted, only partial refunds may apply if any portion of the service has been rendered and retains value.
